Dealing with Epilepsy

Most people I know who find out devastating news go through a grieving process. This is normal. The first stage of grief is anger. Most local hospitals have grief process groups. You would benefit from one. Most of us grieve over one thing or another in our lives. But first you have to go through the grieving process. It consists of denial, anger, bargaining, depression and then acceptance; not necessarily in that order. When done with anger, you probably will come back to it from time to time. Ask at your local Christian bookstore for a book on coping with loss, grieving over a disease. Be sure to ask someone at the store for help, because they may know of a group that would be perfect for you. The worst is to try to deal with it on your own. Continue to ask for help, like you are doing now, and you will find that help. Let me know about it.
