Advice

I need to discipline myself in praying matters. I know I'm supposed to live my life the according to God's way, but it's really hard for me to pray for everything everyday. Please tell me how can I have a close relationship with God. I really want to.

I have been walking with the Lord for years now, and I have found that I talk to Him any time of the day or night - for He lives within me. This is true of all born-again Christians.

It is good for us to have a little devotional time with the Lord and His Word each day. Read a chapter in the Bible, preferably in the Psalms or New Testament, and note a verse or two that really has meaning for you and meditate on it. Then talk to the Lord about your concerns, and on behalf of other people as well. Then praise him in song and prayer.

The Lord does want us to serve Him in various ways in His church. Ask Him to lead you into what you should do for Him.
